  • Customer-focused individual with experience supporting customers through email ticketing system, chat, and/or phone calls
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide comprehensive information/updates to sales teams
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Experience providing training sessions to new employees
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to follow up with customers for further information
  • Ability to maintain healthy relationships with sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Process new and renewal orders
  • Validate opportunity and contact information, flag and resolve discrepancies
  • Turn on client access and confirm opportunity for further processing (e.g., sending invoices)
  • Initiate and support various departmental projects
  • Resolve customers’ queries and concerns
  • Track communication in CRM for transparency and auditability
  • Focus on improving customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and quality services
  • Suggest process and system enhancements
