Requirements

  • 1 year of Account Management/Case Management in Healthcare or 1 year of Medical Front office experience
  • 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word required; Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio preferable; keyboard skills essential
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate, develop, and deliver alternative courses of action
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED

Responsibilities

  • Organize patient care and work with healthcare providers to ensure timely and cost-effective infusion services
  • Maintain current workflow processes, skills, and competencies; analyze complex cases and find resolutions
  • Promote positive working environment and initiate suggestions to improve processes and protocols
  • Assist supervisors with standardization of procedures, coaching, training, and dissemination of information to staff
  • Act as subject matter expert in processes and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with all levels of employees, plan participants, physician offices, and support partners
  • Manage and support escalated and advanced Site of Care (SOC) issues; answer complex questions and recommend corrective actions for complaints/concerns
  • Handle special projects and assignments as designated by leadership
