Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Deliver results by executing business expectations within timeframes, setting clear expectations, and ensuring follow-up and accountability
Support team member engagement, application of policies, procedures, and compliance across areas of responsibility
Ensure a safe and positive environment for team members and members
Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including maintaining a clean and organized club
