Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HFM or a similar system, including metadata and rules management
  • On-site role availability
  • Experience in a corporate environment (Basic Qualification)
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology (Preferred)
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle HFM administration (Preferred)
  • Experience in a multi-national corporation (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle HFM, ensuring system accuracy through metadata updates, rule development, and member list maintenance
  • Oversee user security and access in alignment with internal control and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with Oracle FDME and SAP teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Validate and reconcile financial data, identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance processes
  • Train end-users and maintain updated documentation and instructions
  • Support internal control reporting, regulatory compliance, and both internal and external audits
  • Act as a liaison between finance and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and integration efforts with other financial systems
