Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Logistics, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong work ethic, the ability to balance multiple critical tasks under pressure, and deliver against deadlines are essential. The role also requires an enthusiastic and positive attitude, care for workers, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Strong English speaking skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will conduct full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Team to understand customer needs, communicate effectively with users on the app to fill open positions, and make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage. Responsibilities also include coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates and the team, performing repetitive tasks with consistency, and adapting to where demand is highest with minimal downtime.
