Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will lead infrastructure, technology, and enablement strategies for succession planning, leveraging data analysis and AI to enhance the talent pipeline and leadership continuity. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining tracking systems, driving operational excellence, designing and implementing efficient tracking systems for metrics and audit requirements, and establishing standardized processes and AI-enabled workflows. The role involves partnering with analytics and technology teams to deliver strategic data innovations, leading the development of dashboards and data tools, managing integrations with HR platforms, and championing the use of predictive analytics and AI across succession planning processes. Additionally, the manager will orchestrate proactive planning, manage performance tracking and audit requirements, oversee vendor relationships, facilitate executive-level discussions, develop and deploy toolkits for HR Business Partners, design and deliver enablement initiatives, and manage operational aspects of succession planning communications.
