Requirements

Strong leadership skills to lead others, supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities

Ability to support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement

Knowledge of pharmacy functions, including workflow procedures at workstations (Pick-Up, Drop-Off, Drive-Thru, Production)
Understanding of Federal and State laws (e.g., HIPAA), regulations (e.g., OSHA), professional standards, ethical principles, and CVS policies for patient safety, privacy, and security
Ability to balance quality, efficiency, accuracy in tasks, meet workflow and inventory goals
Compassion and care to identify/resolve problems, collaborate with pharmacy teams, medical staff, insurance, customers
Commitment to continuous learning to expand clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge using available resources
