Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage scooter fleet and ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Increase utilization of e-scooters by maintaining good technical condition and proper placement for customer availability
  • Ensure fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are met (e.g., rides/scooter)
  • Proactively boost demand and solve data and operational problems within the cluster
  • Seek out potential local operators for partnerships in other cities
  • Take action to partner with local operators, sign partnership agreements, and onboard them to their duties
  • Manage operating partners (contact person, problem-solving, achieving better results, enforcing contracts)
  • Support marketing efforts in subordinate cities and build strategic partnerships
  • Perform activities in accordance with Dott standards and procedures to launch new cities successfully
  • Support receipt and return processes for scooter infrastructure and scooters with M&R Manager
