As the Operations Manager at UpCodes, you will be responsible for keeping the company's systems running smoothly by processing contractor payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments, and stipends, managing accounts receivables, and tracking budgets. You will also support the team experience by coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics, answering benefits and HR questions, planning company-wide events, and supporting culture initiatives. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot and problem-solve across departments, build templates and refine processes, and take on ad hoc projects to improve team effectiveness, while also elevating how the company works by identifying inefficiencies and bringing new ideas for automations and improvements.
