Job Description: Partnership Operations Associate

Position Overview

Angi® is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven individual to play a pivotal role in supporting existing partnerships and assisting in the launch of new services and partners. This role involves iterating and improving on existing operations, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a strong customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for key processes that enable "Jobs Done Well," a core organizational priority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial operations for a business line, including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and forecasting.
  • Handle a high volume of data entry daily with great accuracy, ensuring all set timelines and compliance metrics are met.
  • Develop operational processes to improve existing operations or launch new services/partners.
  • Understand nuanced data sets and perform deep dives to identify key drivers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, including financial reporting and/or operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in a financial or analytical field.
  • Prior small company or start-up experience is ideal.
  • Experience with marketplaces or past consulting experience is a plus.
  • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude.
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects.
  • A passion for marketplaces, the sharing economy, and/or the on-demand services space.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
  • Bonus & Equity: Eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus and equity package.
