Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics. Proven ability to lead and motivate hourly teams in a fast-paced environment is required, along with familiarity with WMS systems, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatching. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/move for an entire shift is essential.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will direct daily activities across Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching to meet fulfillment timelines, owning the shift's execution plan by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reallocating resources. They will supervise and coach Ops Leads and hourly associates, support daily huddles, and resolve on-floor issues. Responsibilities also include training, mentoring, and providing real-time coaching to team members, supporting new hire onboarding and cross-training, and fostering a culture of accountability. The role involves ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, monitoring fulfillment accuracy, partnering on process improvements, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment. Additionally, the Operations Manager will act as the point of contact for floor-level issues, escalate appropriately, communicate progress and blockers clearly, and support warehouse tools and systems.
