Requirements

Candidates require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and must possess 5 or more years of engineering and operations leadership experience, demonstrating a track record of significant performance improvement. Experience in lean culture development and lean tool implementation is also required.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, the individual will drive rapid, significant, and sustainable improvement in on-time delivery and lead-time, develop and execute a manufacturing strategy, lead regular strategy deployment & KPI reviews, passionately drive continuous improvement culture, build an outstanding team, ensure key manufacturing metrics are tracked, present plans and actual results, take aggressive action to drive financial performance, partner with Plant Manager, ensure effective resource allocation, partner with Management to ensure product and customer satisfaction, and play an active role in the S&OP process. They will also continually benchmark best practices and implement as appropriate.
