The Operations Manager will oversee operations at the Harmon Creek facility, managing both direct and indirect reports and fostering a culture of safety, compliance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, developing and sustaining a high-performance culture, managing production plans, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, overseeing budget development and performance, supporting capital projects, and coordinating emergency preparedness and response activities.
