Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, develop, and scale the EU Operations team
Act as the main Operations contact person for the EU site
Manage and develop the operations team through flexible resource planning, including warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support
Motivate and inspire the team to ensure growth and alignment with company core values and strategy
Implement and align tactical plans on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet operational goals
Master tactical processes to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee all operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Maintain a strong understanding of key performance indicators and drive action within a mixed-model pull manufacturing system
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and integrate LEAN principles into daily operations
Scale the operations team to support 30-50% growth
Drive cross-functional strategies to align with the global operations strategy
