Requirements

Leadership experience in managing manufacturing or production organizations, particularly in Taiwan
Ability to formulate and manage annual goals, work plans, budgets, training plans, and performance regulations
Expertise in organizational structure, departmental functions, job grading, and position responsibilities
Knowledge of factory planning, production layout, and capacity construction
Proficiency in reviewing and approving production schedules, purchase requisitions, management documents, and performance bonuses
Experience in training direct reports and supervising subordinate performance
Skills in leading meetings (weekly, monthly, annual) and coordinating tasks
Commitment to implementing EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements

Responsibilities

Lead the Joining System & Solutions (JSS) business and organizations in Taiwan
Develop annual goals, work plans, and budgets for the factory department
Develop annual training plans, goals, and work plans for subordinates
Formulate and regularly review departmental functions, organizational structure, grade levels, and job responsibilities
Develop and improve performance assessment management regulations
Plan factory layout and production department organization
Review and approve production capacity construction applications
Review and approve production management documents
Train direct reports
Review production schedules, purchase requisitions, and issue monthly capacity reports
Daily supervision of subordinates' job performance
Organize and lead weekly, monthly management meetings, annual work summary meetings, and assign/coordinate tasks
Review and approve monthly performance bonus declarations for department positions
Organize annual department organization and position review meetings to align with production business needs
Implement company EHS requirements
Other duties as assigned
