Requirements

Candidates must possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Strong communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills are essential. The ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and respond to urgent store issues is required. Retail management or supervisor experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will support the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, focusing on driving store execution and performance. Responsibilities include managing and leading store teams, supervising and assigning crew activities, communicating effectively with staff and supervisors, and supporting action plans for operational and service improvements. The role also involves assisting customers with inquiries, problems, and complaints, and promoting the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
