Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for keeping organized and detailed tracking systems for all projects, managing outreach to influencers and decision-makers via social media and emails, assisting with social media and content creation, overseeing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to leadership team members, and leveraging AI-based tools to automate manual work, as well as assisting with assorted special projects and initiatives.
