Who You Are

Galaxy is seeking an Operations Associate to support the COO in driving the day-to-day operations of an exciting new initiative within Galaxy Digital. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination across our internal teams, our parent company Galaxy Digital, and our external partners. Our operations heavily focus on the software development to support and enhance our innovative product, requiring smooth collaboration among cross-functional teams including technology, product, client services, finance, compliance, legal, and marketing.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about supporting high-performance teams in a dynamic setting.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across technology, product, client services, finance, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between our internal team, parent company Galaxy Digital, and external partners, facilitating communication, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment on shared goals.
• Monitor operational workflows, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports or dashboards to provide insights on efficiency, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist our COO with daily tasks, including meeting preparation, agenda setting, and action item follow-ups to ensure efficient executive operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance cross-team collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Handle ad-hoc projects, such as vendor management, resource allocation, and event coordination, to maintain momentum across all operational areas.
• Contribute to risk management by flagging potential issues early and assisting in the development of contingency plans.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence by organizing knowledge-sharing resources and feedback loops.
