Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience leading Risk Management teams in a high-growth payments or fintech company, functional experience underwriting and/or managing portfolios of small-to-medium sized business in the lending or card space, and familiarity with common business underwriting and risk analysis tools.
As an Underwriting Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of strategies and policies that enable growth while managing risk across the product line, developing partnerships with sales, operations, and product management teams to ensure onboarding, underwriting, and collection management processes are timely and seamless, developing KPIs for managing and assessing the success of Risk processes, efficiently and effectively communicating risk KPIs with stakeholder and leadership teams, identifying and executing on critical initiatives aimed at reducing enterprise risk while enhancing overall customer experience, and developing a holistic understanding of Motive’s business and applying multidisciplinary thinking to all analysis and execution.
Enhances broadband services for providers
