The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience, with at least 1 year of work experience, including internships or summer jobs. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required, along with strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and adaptability to changing priorities. Willingness to work overtime occasionally is also necessary.
The Operations Analyst II will manage client deliverables independently, contribute to client success through service and support, and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Responsibilities include building relationships with internal customers, communicating risks and deliverable status proactively, executing advanced tasks and audits in areas like Payroll and Carrier Files, and participating in implementation projects as needed while adhering to evolving procedures.
