Responsibilities

Launch new Via deployments, ensuring execution on time and at the highest quality
Oversee the work of junior team members supporting launch projects
Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and an entrepreneurial approach for setting up Via operations
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, assisting in the development and growth of an on-demand transit system
Manage product expectations and development, providing feedback to the engineering team
Utilize Via’s knowledge base to help partners maximize the use of the technology
Interpret and utilize proprietary data to generate insights and make business recommendations for partner success
Leverage launch knowledge to support Via’s partnerships team in the sales process and grow the deal pipeline
