Responsibilities

  • Launch new Via deployments, ensuring execution on time and at the highest quality
  • Oversee the work of junior team members supporting launch projects
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and an entrepreneurial approach for setting up Via operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, assisting in the development and growth of an on-demand transit system
  • Manage product expectations and development, providing feedback to the engineering team
  • Utilize Via’s knowledge base to help partners maximize the use of the technology
  • Interpret and utilize proprietary data to generate insights and make business recommendations for partner success
  • Leverage launch knowledge to support Via’s partnerships team in the sales process and grow the deal pipeline
