Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications, and preferred operating room experience with demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and techniques. IAHCSMM CRCST certification is preferred within six months of start date and requires yearly renewal. Applicants should have the ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and 20lbs constantly, maintain near visual acuity (corrected), and demonstrate excellent analytical, interpersonal, and equipment problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The OnSite Specialist will provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment, anticipating device needs of the O.R. staff and surgeon, troubleshooting and maintaining Stryker equipment, working with surgeons and other personnel, maintaining a knowledge base of equipment and products, providing information on new and current products, accurately recording and reporting data metrics, maintaining account information, adhering to Stryker and medical facility policies, analyzing and resolving product issues, providing on-call services as needed, and generating detailed guidelines and procedures.
