The Onsite Construction Manager will provide on-site oversight during all phases of construction projects, including mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, and commissioning. They will support project planning, management direction, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes, while interfacing with clients to define project requirements and reviewing schedules. The role involves monitoring on-site processes, coordinating activities, assisting with acquisition planning, conducting technical reviews, and providing technical support to customers. Additionally, the manager will collect requirements, prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), conduct market research, and assist the government representative in reviewing documentation, ultimately ensuring compliance with all directives and applicable standards.
