Requirements

Candidates should have construction IT or Construction Professionals experience, including roles such as Asset Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Director of Information Systems and Technology, or IT Solutions Manager. Experience as a Procore platform user is preferred, but not required. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and active listening skills are necessary, along with confidence based on rigorous preparation and forethought. Curiosity and the ability to evolve current thinking of ‘value’ for the construction industry are also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners, working closely with the sales team to close new business by addressing technical challenges. They will enable new Account Executives for success, complete immersion in Procore’s product offerings, and communicate with team members via various channels. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives, Solution Engineering Overlays, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to establish a shared vision with customers, and work cross-functionally to help them achieve their strategic goals.
