Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a commitment to the mission of Campus. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets is considered a nice-to-have.
The Onboarding Specialist will provide proactive outreach by identifying and contacting students at risk of not enrolling or who have dropped out, utilizing phone calls, emails, and SMS to address their concerns and offer support. They will coordinate a seamless onboarding experience for new and re-enrolling students, providing ongoing support, guidance on academic resources, and fostering relationships with students. Additionally, the specialist will track and analyze student data to identify trends and at-risk populations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and acting as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
