Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment, along with strong project management and organizational skills. They should also demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders, complemented by excellent written communication skills and familiarity with tools like Zoom and Google Suite.
The Sales Onboarding and Enablement Specialist will manage and expand global sales onboarding, conducting quarterly boot camps and developing onboarding playbooks and welcome kits. They will monitor onboarding KPIs, produce engaging content such as newsletters and Slack posts, and support operational tasks to keep enablement content updated. Additionally, the role involves working with learning platforms like Absorb and Confluence, and analyzing training-related metrics to improve team performance and support the broader GTM team.
