Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment are required. Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team are also necessary.
The Onboarding Coordinator will coordinate consultation calls with property owners and internal team members, taking detailed minutes during initial calls. They will maintain written communication with property owners to address outstanding issues and provide regular updates. The role involves collecting all relevant property details, tracking all associated dates for properties to ensure timely progress, and working with the Concierge Team to transfer existing bookings into the platform. Additionally, the coordinator will provide comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and offering guidance to property owners.
