Requirements

Candidates should be recent bachelor's degree graduates, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering, with 0-2 years of post-collegiate professional experience. They should possess experience or knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and be proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong business fluency in English, both orally and in writing, is required, along with the ability to build influential relationships and demonstrate curiosity about technology and systems, including the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

The On Ramp Program - Technical Solutions Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support to internal sales staff and external customers by running and verifying complex configurations on hardware and software. They will answer routine technical questions for resellers and sales representatives, configure and validate basic and complex requests from resellers, making simple product enhancement suggestions, and acquire and maintain required vendor certifications. Additionally, they will participate in a targeted development program including soft skills training, One Arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition to advance their professional soft skills and business acumen.
