Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or partner alliance management, with a strong preference for experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions, including Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Enablement and Partner Alliance Specialist, you will develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on Salesforce/AWS products, services, and solutions, stay up-to-date with the latest features and releases, facilitate onboarding for new hires, and conduct regular workshops. You will create and maintain training materials, documentation, and best practice guides, curate a knowledge base, and develop use-case scenarios and demos. This role will also collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and design enablement strategies, assist the sales team in understanding Salesforce solutions, develop sales collateral, and provide ongoing support. Furthermore, you will support strategic alliance initiatives, particularly with Salesforce, and measure the success of enablement programs through performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
