Salesforce Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and solution engineering. Strong technical skills in Salesforce, including Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, and Agentforce, are required. Experience with pre-sales activities, proposal development, and customer demonstrations is also necessary.
As a Salesforce Solution Engineer, you will demonstrate and present NeuraFlash products and assets to customers, lead discovery sessions and workshops, gather requirements for service transformation projects, create compelling demos, and contribute to proposal development and responses to RFPs. You will also provide field feedback to Product Managers to support product development efforts and maintain a best-in-class pre-sales process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
