Responsibilities
Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club
Drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments
Perform all OMNI functions and lead Omni team members
Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experience
Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Support team member engagement, application of policies, procedures, and compliance across areas of responsibility
Ensure a safe and positive environment for team members and members
Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including maintaining a clean and organized club
