Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain break rooms and coffee stations, ensuring they’re fully stocked, clean, and inviting throughout the day
  • Monitor and restock snacks, beverages, and coffee supplies with an eye for quality and variety
  • Ensure all appliances and equipment are clean, functional, and well-maintained
  • Receive, organize, and set up daily catered lunches for in-office team (approx. 400 employees)
  • Collaborate with catering vendors to ensure a seamless experience, from delivery to cleanup
  • Support departmental meetings and events by managing food service logistics with attention to detail and hospitality
  • Set up training rooms and event spaces to meet diverse layout and tech requirements (e.g., presentation tools, furniture configuration)
  • Conduct pre-meeting room checks to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Troubleshoot basic AV equipment and flag issues early to ensure smooth experiences
  • Partner with the People Experience team to assist with in-office events and initiatives that promote connection and culture
  • Help track and organize supply inventory, packages, and deliveries
  • Jump in on special projects or facilities-related needs that enhance the workplace or support a dynamic employee experience
