Requirements

Responsibilities

The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team by managing calendars and scheduling meetings. They will organize domestic and international travel, assist with event planning, and track expenses for timely reimbursements. The role includes overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies and vendor relationships, coordinating office usage, and ensuring facilities are clean and functional. Additional responsibilities include liaising with building management, organizing internal events, managing mail and packages, and supporting other projects as required.
