Responsibilities

The Corporate Events Planner will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship internal events, including executive meetings and leadership retreats, ensuring alignment with Omada’s mission and strategic goals; serve as a point of contact and advisor for internal teams planning smaller events, providing best practices and support; collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align on event objectives; oversee event-related budgets and vendor relationships; curate thoughtful event experiences; coordinate logistics and travel; maintain inventory of event supplies; and track and evaluate event success, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
