Responsibilities

  • Guarantee smooth office operations and serve in- and external customers at a hospitality level exceeding expectations
  • Support the leadership team with secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Plan and execute meetings and events
  • Book international business travel
  • Organize and archive contracts and Quality Management System documents
  • Create memos, letters, presentations, and reports
  • Provide general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules
  • Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files
  • Arrange meetings and conferences
  • Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to supervisor's assignment
  • Administer inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes
  • Coordinate travel and submit expenses
