  • Coordinate with field staff and Regional Team Leaders to ensure compliance with operational processes
  • Provide general administrative support, including communications, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation for new collecting officers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection network operations and data accuracy
