Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform
  • Fluency in English
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with Copilot family services, including Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Digital Signage solutions such as AppSpace and BrightSign, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong planning and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaborative workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for all collaboration technologies, resolving complex incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Administer, support, and optimize Digital Signage platforms, including AppSpace and BrightSign, integrating them with Microsoft 365 services where appropriate
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other emerging Microsoft collaborative tools by developing and sharing best practices, documentation, and end-user training materials and maintaining related Viva Engage communities
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and advocate for Microsoft 365 technologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure that collaboration solutions adhere to organizational policies and regulatory obligations
  • Monitor system health, performance, and usage metrics for all collaboration services, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing improvements to ensure high availability and user satisfaction
  • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for the evolution of collaborative technologies within Clarios, including evaluation and implementation of new features and third-party integrations
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of architectures, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and continuity purposes
