Requirements

  • Capability to conduct status reviews, escalate issues, and facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment meetings

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and zone commercial teams to drive sales and order performance for O&U offerings
  • Monitor and track the opportunity funnel in Salesforce (SFDC), focusing on converting committed opportunities to orders
  • Monitor and manage the sales backlog with OTR teams to ensure timely conversion of orders, proactively addressing obstacles
  • Conduct regular status reviews of high-value opportunities and escalate issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards to track performance by zone and modality; drive daily management system with zones to achieve KPIs
  • Provide reliable forecasts and business reporting to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Ensure compliance with commercial processes and pricing guidelines
  • Support LTS (long term strategy) and BPR (blue print review) strategic exercises with regions to shape O&U strategy
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Review financial ledgers and analyze business profitability across products and modalities
  • Investigate pricing structures, cost allocations, and margin improvement opportunities; escalate and resolve pricing discrepancies with LCM and Finance teams
  • Apply Heartbeat management routines and Lean principles to drive operational discipline, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence
  • Utilize structured problem solving (PSP) and Kaizen to identify root causes, implement countermeasures, and sustain improvements in O&U sales and profitability
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as PSR using Lean tools and Heartbeat processes to optimize cost structure, revenue streams, and efficiency
  • Work closely with LCM HQ, Sales, Modality, and local leaders to ensure alignment and operational consistency
  • Ensure effective implementation of commercial strategies and campaigns from Imaging Lifecycle Management team
  • Support quarterly and annual reviews, strategic alignment meetings, and workshops
  • Facilitate communication between central and regional teams to share and adopt best practices
  • Develop and implement commercial programs, including sales incentives, to address business gaps and drive O&U sales growth
