Requirements

  • Enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Background in digital commerce, consumer product or retail, product merchandising, or product operations preferred
  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
  • Cover letter and resume submission required (PDF versions strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience in strategic analysis; demonstrated ability in financial sizing and modeling
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships in a cross-functional organization
  • Ability to simplify complex recommendations and deliverables to drive decision making
  • Understanding of digital retail fundamentals and consumer levers
  • Digital fluency and curiosity with understanding of digital opportunities across the market
  • Capable of strategic analysis and financial modeling

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap
  • Take ownership of a scoped project to drive impact, with guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers
  • Drive strategy and business case development for key digital growth opportunities (e.g., Social Commerce, AI Commerce, Connected Inventory models)
  • Identify opportunities for revenue and brand impact
  • Illustrate high-level cross-functional requirements and dependencies to drive pilots and execution across the Nike Matrix
  • Challenge critical thinking, develop skills, and foster effective collaboration to contribute to team goals
