Responsibilities

  • Liderar, asesorar y motivar a empleados del departamento para garantizar un ambiente de trabajo excelente
  • Gestionar el trabajo diario del departamento para alcanzar objetivos de ventas (servicios digitales, presentaciones visuales, sala de ventas)
  • Identificar y mejorar zonas de la tienda según comentarios de clientes

  • EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTES: Dar ejemplo de servicio en sala de ventas; garantizar recursos y conocimientos de marca para el equipo (servicios digitales); completar formaciones específicas e informar sobre servicios de athlete
