Requirements

Candidates should have experience partnering with product and design to make key decisions based on strong customer knowledge. Skills in setting up engineers for success on product development teams, experience coaching and developing software engineers of varied backgrounds and levels, and the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements into actionable plans are required. Empathy, an understanding of how to support engineers, and the ability to establish and change processes to empower teams are also necessary.
