Requirements

Candidates should have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. They should also possess a proven track record of new logo sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT Operations Management, or Management Consulting, specifically within software or IT sales organizations.

Responsibilities

The New Logo Account Executive will strategically navigate a targeted set of prospective accounts to close initial opportunities and convert Prospects to Customers, deeply understanding their company challenges and goals to pair them with ServiceNow solutions. They will establish relationships within defined accounts, leverage analytics, case studies, and market intelligence to create territory plans and target account strategies, applying these strategies with their extended sales team and partner ecosystem to sell the value and ROI of ServiceNow solutions. Post-sale, they will lead the transition of accounts to the Account Management team while continuing to focus on net new logo accounts, executing on new business revenue goals, and proactively understanding customer strategic growth plans and competitive landscapes.
