Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner
Understand and identify customer needs, align marketing resources, and support pull-through activities
Embody and communicate Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of improving lives of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders
Drive sales performance by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually, using assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives
Customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner
Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, sharing information with internal stakeholders
Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and identify/select appropriate programs/resources for each customer
