Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner
Understand and identify customer needs, align marketing resources, and support pull-through activities
Embody and communicate Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of improving the lives of patients suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders
Develop local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and manage budget and expenses within assigned territory
Drive sales performance by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually, following compliance guidelines
Effectively use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives and customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner
Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, and routinely share such information with relevant internal stakeholders
Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and identify/select appropriate programs/resources for each customer
