Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner
  • Understand and identify customer needs, align marketing resources, and support pull-through activities
  • Embody and communicate Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of improving lives of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders
  • Develop superior product and disease state knowledge for compliant clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals
  • Create local strategic and tactical plans, allocate resources differentially, and manage budget and expenses effectively
  • Drive sales performance by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually, following compliance guidelines
  • Use assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives
  • Customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner
  • Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers; share with internal stakeholders
  • Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region
  • Identify and select appropriate programs/resources for each customer, practice, and/or system
