Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business Management

  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading strategic sales initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships
  • Lead and develop growth strategies for key accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities and increasing market share
  • Collaborate with marketing/trade marketing to optimize product visibility and presence at store level
  • Lead development and execution of promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal offers
  • Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provide performance reports and actionable insights
  • Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage and optimize trade spend to ensure ROI for promotional plans and activities
  • Lead annual planning and JBP preparation with retailers
  • Ensure superior execution of initiatives across customers in line with company guidelines
  • Lead ideation and execution of GTM strategies for your channel/customer portfolio
  • Actively engage with distributors in West and East Malaysia to ensure inventory and service level requirements are met
