Partner with leaders across Consumer Engineering & Product, Ads, Marketing, and Finance to provide clear, actionable insights that guide the company strategy
Represent Reddit internally and externally as a thought leader in data science, ML, experimentation, and measurement
Drive company level impact through in-depth understanding of Reddit’s ecosystem leveraging all facets of data science
Build, lead, and retain a world-class multidisciplinary team spanning data science, ML, data engineering and analytics
Develop senior leaders within the organization while scaling a strong bench of technical and scientific talent
Uphold and improve upon data science quality and citizenship
Advance Reddit’s data science capabilities, ensuring it is trusted and scalable
Deepen understanding of Reddit’s complex ecosystems of communities, moderators, contributors and consumers
