The National Director of Sales will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and business objectives, identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in school districts, drive new business development while nurturing existing partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, create and lead sales enablement sessions, analyze market trends and customer needs, oversee sales forecasting and performance metrics, and represent the company at industry events.
