Responsibilities

  • Deliver Gross Sales, Net Sales, Profit, Consumption, and $Share growth objectives for the customer by brand
  • Drive and align Haleon’s strategic agenda with the customer through effective multi-year Joint Business Planning
  • Demonstrate best-in-class account management to drive growth in Revenue and Net Margin, achieving and exceeding goals
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan with a clear path to goal achievement
  • Prioritize and allocate investment budgets against key business drivers; optimize ROI-based trade spend
  • Achieve new product distribution objectives for assigned categories
  • Own and support managing Joint Business Plans; build strategies that support both Haleon and the customer
  • Forge and nurture influential relationships with Costco’s Buying Teams
  • Lead the negotiation of customer agreements that deliver on Haleon’s operating plans and exceed customer expectations
  • Foster a culture of trust and partnership through internal and external presentations and flawless execution of initiatives
