Responsibilities

  • Configure in-game events and champion improvements in tools for enhancing Live Operations efficiency; act as a main stakeholder in designing state-of-the-art operational tools for remote configuration and content delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the game monetization strategy and its implementation by analyzing relevant data, player behavior, and engagement
  • Work within the Monetization team and collaborate with Product and Game Economy teams to optimize revenue and engagement based on user segmentation and user experience
  • Provide guidance on monetization-related queries from team members and stakeholders
  • Assist in planning monetization events, including special sales and limited-time offers, to maximize player monetization opportunities; utilize A/B testing in decision making
  • Benchmark and analyze Live Ops best practices in the industry
